Just wanted to say how very pleased I am with the cleaning today. As you know, Karen was on her own for 3 hours this morning as Tasha was unable to join her due to her husband being taken ill. Karen worked so hard for the three hours and was very thorough. She was joined by Carol for an hour and a half at 1.30pm to make up the 6 hours, and they continued the good work. The house is looking great, and I am delighted with the result.

Just to say a big THANK YOU for sending us fabulous Karen to do our spring clean. What incredible energy - she worked methodically and thoroughly for six hours, always friendly and cheerful. Other than coffee, I can't see what's powering Karen but whatever it is, they should bottle and sell it!
Our flat has been mostly unoccupied for the last year so there was a lot to do - Karen was completely unfazed. We're DELIGHTED with the results and will recommend your service.
We did thank Karen yesterday, but you're welcome to share this email with her.
We paid in cash and your time estimate was right - it was about 1 hour per room, so 6 hours was spot on.
Finally: tell us more about your oven cleaner expert! Prices please. And does he do extractors as well?

They are a lovely couple who bring a friendly but professional team with them. From the time they come through the doors to the time they leave the whole team work hard and diligently to complete the work.
