About Us

We are a family-run cleaning business based in Southam, Warwickshire, and have been proudly serving local homes and communities since 2008. Run by husband and wife, Don and [Wife's Name], our business is built on reliability, professionalism, and a strong sense of personal pride in every job we undertake.

We specialise in one-off domestic cleans, carpet and upholstery cleaning, oven cleaning, and rug cleaning. All carpet, rug and upholstery work is carried out personally by us, using our training and expertise to deliver exceptional results every time. Our training includes specialist qualifications in stain removal, rug cleaning and fabric care.

Our business is home-based and professionally managed using ACT CRM software and a VOIP phone system, allowing us to respond quickly and efficiently to customer needs. We’re open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with an answerphone outside these hours.

We don’t employ staff directly, but we do have trusted assistants who help with domestic cleaning. These are people we’ve known for many years and who share our standards of care and attention to detail.

We cover an area within a 20-mile radius of Southam (CV47 1HT), which includes Warwick, Leamington Spa, Banbury, Rugby, and surrounding villages.

Over the years, we’ve built our business on repeat custom and word-of-mouth referrals. We believe in offering a personal service, treating every customer’s home with respect and care. That’s why many of our clients come back to us time and again.
