We have many customers that all have different requirements. Because of this, we have created numerous options for you to choose from when we clean your house, listed below:

Our prices start from £11.00 per hour for a minimum of 2 hours per week. Extra cleaning services not included in our Cleaning Services list are available at extra cost. To discuss pricing options call us 01926 614 781.

Cleaners start from 9.00am to 5.30pm or by mutual agreement. If you require a cleaner at a time that is not between these hours you can contact us using our online form or call us on 01926 614 781, and we will try our hardest to arrange a convenient time for both you and one of our cleaners.

Yes. The vast majority of our customers already have cleaning products in their own home, however our cleaners can bring their own at an additional cost if notified beforehand. Due to health & safety regulations we instruct our cleaners not to handle bleach.

For our oven cleaning, carpet and rug cleaning, and upholstery cleaning services we provide all the cleaning products and equipment.

Not if you don't want to be. We operate a secure key holding service meaning we can keep a set of your keys for you enabling us to clean your house even when you're not in. All our cleaners are meticulously vetted so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your house is safe and secure.

It all depends on the size of the house and can vary slightly depending upon the amount of dirt involved, how much furniture needs to be moved, speciality spotting procedures, and setup time etc. If you contact us and ask this question, we can give you a rough esitmate of the time it will take before we start.

We hear this question alot and there are a few factors to take into account. The frequency of cleaning will vary for each home and it will depend upon the number of occupants, level of usage, quality of the carpet and wear and tear. At a minimum, you should have your carpets cleaned once a year.
